十大将的寿命普遍不高，但是他们的夫人都很高寿，两个至今健在

开国十大元帅普遍比较高寿，其中朱德、刘伯承、徐向前、聂荣臻都在90高龄之上，叶剑英89岁。开国十大将没有一个活到90岁的，最高寿的是萧劲光，活了86岁。
但是，开国十大将的夫人则普遍比较高寿。其中，只有谭政的夫人王长德死于心脏病突发，时年仅仅55岁。其他的都在80岁之上。黄克诚的夫人唐棣华于2000年去世，活了82岁。

徐海东大将的夫人周东屏于1997年去世，活了80岁。张云逸的夫人韩碧于1984年去世，也是活了80岁。除了他们四位，其他6位大将的夫人都在90岁之上。
许光达大将去世的比较早，只活了61岁。但是他的夫人邹靖华于2004年去世，享年93岁。邹靖华是许光达的发妻，他们相濡以沫的一生让人羡慕。
萧劲光大将的夫人朱仲芷于1996年去世，享年92岁。开国第一大将粟裕的妻子楚青在前年，也就是2016年去世，享年93岁。他们相濡以沫的一生更让人羡慕。
陈赓大将的夫人傅涯于2010年去世，享年92岁。难能可贵的是，傅涯坚持给陈赓的前妻王根英烈士的母亲邮寄生活费，直到老人家去世。除了她们，还有两位大将的夫人至今健在。

一个是王树声大将，他的夫人叫杨炬，出生于1921年，今年97岁。杨炬是湖北南漳，她是一位军医，1983年以副军职干部待遇退休后，养花养草、画画、练字、舞剑、练拳，日子过得很平静。
另一位是谁？她就是新中国第一任公安部长被毛主席称为“罗长子”的罗瑞卿的夫人郝治平。郝治平是河南安阳人，出生于1922年，现年96岁。愿这两位健在的大将夫人晚年幸福安康，长命百岁。
