加拿大政府警告：接到这种电话一定是骗子
现在的骗子太多，在接电话时大家尤其要多留个心眼，因为电话骗局层出不穷。之前有假冒加拿大税务局的，现在又出现了新花样。
这不，近日有网友在微信群里讨论：
有人说接到一个电话号码18885768502，没接，网上查了一下，是加拿大服务局（Service Canada）关于双重国籍和难民申请的问询号码。
也有人说接了之后，对方会问你的社会保险号码，即工卡（SIN）。
其他网友纷纷提醒说，凡是电话都不要提供自己的信息，骗子电话是可以伪造显示号码的。如果是政府电话，不会问你私人信息。
政府似乎已经了解到这一情况。就在昨天，加拿大政府网站发布了一份警告，提醒公众，现在有诈骗团伙假冒加拿大边境局（CBSA）通过电话、手机短信和电子邮件等手段行骗，要求受害人提供个人信息，包括社会保险号码。

边境局服务局在警告中称，假冒边境局官员的骗子会编造各种各样的理由，使用各种不同方式，其目的都是要引诱受害人提供个人信息。
在某些个案中，这些骗子会使用虚假的边境局信息。如果是电话，可能会显示边境局的号码甚至雇员的名字，如果是电子邮件，可能显示边境局的徽标（logo）、电邮地址，员工名字和头衔来误导受害人。
边境局强调，他们绝对不会在电话和电子邮件中要求提供SIN号码或信用卡号码。如果有人接到电话或电子邮件，对方自称是边境局的，要求提供这些信息或支付款项，一定是骗局。
边境局也提醒公众警惕这些骗局，如果接到类似电话或电子邮件，不要理会，应向有关机构报告，包括加拿大反欺詐中心(Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre)，网址是：http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/reportincident-signalerincident/index-eng.htm。
