红光满面是好事还是坏事

广西人民医院针灸科主治医师罗鸿宇认为，每个人体质不同，有些人容易出现脸红，稍一活动就红光满面，一直容易脸红的人，往往面部出现从内而外、红黄交错的脸红，这是气血充足的表现，人们常常夸赞这些人“红光满面”，是健康的标志。
从西医解释，解放军第303医院皮肤科主任谢方明认为，有些人末梢血液循环较好，稍一活动，面色就比较红润，这也是一种健康的表现。还有一些人居住在高原，身体需要更多的红细胞来携带氧，造成脸红，这也是正常的。另外，有些人会因为害羞、着急、愤怒、紧张等引起脸红，这些都是由于情感的改变而造成的心理性脸红。
是否不容易脸红的人身体不如容易脸红的人更健康呢？罗鸿宇说，这不可一概而论，每个人体质各有不同，那些即使运动后、紧张时也不容易脸红的人，只要没有出现脸色发青，也是非常健康的。
吃药脸红
服用一些药物也会引起脸红。广西友和古城大药房药师宋俭生介绍，服用硝苯地平、尼群地平等药就可能在扩张血管降血压的同时把面部的毛细血管也扩张了，造成一些脸红的现象，这是正常的反应，对健康没有太大的影响。
脸红提醒别喝酒
脸红就是不能喝酒的标志，喝酒脸红的人，不管有没有醉，都不应该继续喝了。为什么呢？解放军第303医院内分泌科主任黎南中介绍，不少亚洲人喝酒以后，脸上身上的皮肤就变红，这个是由于酒精代谢产生的乙醛在体内堆积的结果。酒精在人体内会通过各种酶分解成各种物质，如果某种酶缺乏或者不足，就容易分解产生乙醛。如果乙醛大量堆积，就会容易脸红。而乙醛对身体是有害的，所以，喝酒脸红那是在提示你，别再喝了，否则会导致体内积累更多的乙醛，造成更大的危害。
可能更年期
一些中年女性在40多岁时会发现自己常常会不由自主地脸红，又查不出原因。广西区妇幼保健院妇科主任白华提醒，中年女性脸红，有可能是更年期来了。
白华说，更年期脸红常常是在一段时间内会有阵发性的潮红及潮热，突然感到胸部、颈部及面部发热，有时伴有头痛、眩晕、乏力等症状。 有时候夜间会加重，甚至影响睡眠和白天的工作。
这时候的妇女还可能会出现血压波动，主要是收缩压(高压)升高，数小时后又可以恢复正常。这种现象绝经前1~2年最明显，持续一年后症状逐渐减轻或消失，出现这种情况的中年女性不妨去看看医生，在医生指导下补充雌激素或采取其他治疗手段进行缓解。
小心高血压
患有高血压的人也有可能不正常地脸红。为什么呢？广西中医学院第一附属医院神经内科二区主任黄立武介绍，患有高血压的人群由于心脏扩大、心肌肥厚、心肌收缩力增加，会引起头面部血管扩张充血，才导致脸色发红。所以，一些高血压病人经常满面红光，另外，罗鸿宇也认为，如果一个人突然在两颧处出现暗红，可能是心脏病的先兆；如果面色红得比较浓，脉象没根，则可能是高血压导致的。
可能身体虚、肝阳上亢
罗鸿宇介绍，一些人如果面色出现颜色浮艳的红，同时伴有容易口干、大汗、脚气，则是阴虚的表现；有些人面色出现淡淡的红，但手脚容易发冷，常有胸闷、腰酸、脉浮的症状，则是虚阳外越所致；如果是老年人出现红光满面，在中医上可能是肝阳上亢导致的，这主要表现为常常在下午时突然出现脸红；对于肝阳上亢的人，可以适当吃一些镇肝熄风汤剂、潜阳丹；对于肺阴不足或肾阴不足的人，则可以适当吃一些六味地黄丸；对于更年期的女性来说，可以适当吃一些逍遥散、百合地黄汤、生脉饮来调理气血。
